The site offers 45 pitches for camping and caravans with 40
electric hookup points within a two acre, gently sloping site with
views over the surrounding countryside with Country walks and
footpaths nearby. Stand pipes and waste- disposals points are
sited around the park. Bus route nearby

• Local village stores 1 mile
• 5 miles from Newquay

Touring Booking Conditions

To ensure the smooth running of our site, the following conditions apply:

• Strictly families & couples only


• Pets Welcome all season


• Pitches are available from 12.00 AM on the day of arrival until 12.00 AM on the day of departure


• Site fees are due on the day of arrival (less previously paid deposit) for the dates specified by you on your booking form and are not refundable


• Cancellation of a booking results in the loss of this deposit


• During 'high' season (July & August), bookings are taken for a minimum of 3 nights


• To ensure you and other holiday makers enjoy there stay at the park, we ask for noise to be kept to a minimal after 10.30pm. We believe that in order to maintain a fair distribution of costs to all pitches, the following applies:
• Late departures (if pitch available) will be charged at the following rates:
  
  12noon-6pm= half nightly rate
  6pm onwards= full nightly rate
  


• Visitors will be charged for their use of the facilities and a charge made for vehicles left on site.
